How do I find a driver for my USB port?

I am trying to download data through my USB port and the Wizard pops up to
tell me I need a driver. When I try to go through the Wizard, it says there
are no drivers available. What should I do?

1. This is not an MS Office issue and so it's offtopic. The question should
be asked in the group for whatever OS you are running.
1a. No one can help you, no matter where you ask the question, without
information on your PC and Operating System.
