How do I find a latin symbol?

I am trying to insert the latin symbol for recipere (Rx)... does this exist
in the Word character box?

Curiously, the only place you can find this symbol is in the "large" Unicode
fonts such as Arial Unicode MS, where it is glyph 211E in the Letterlike
Symbols character subset.
