How do I find a macro in a worksheet?

Excel 2002 SP3
When I open a worksheet, I get a pop-up that says that the worksheet
contains macros. I never created macros in that worksheet. "Tools", "Macros"
doesn't list any.

How can I find the macro that's causing that warning?
