How do I find a template that is no longer on this site?

I was using an invoice from the microsoft site when my system crashed and I
lost everything. I went to download the template again but it was no longer
there. Is there any way I can find out if I can locate this template.

How would anybody know, if you don't tell us the database template
name? It was a database wasn't it, as this is a database newsgroup?
