How do I find a viewer for internet programs

When I log into an internet's web site, it tells me that there is no viewer
available to see the needed forms. I have adobe acrobat reader. HELP!!!

It depends on the version number as well. Is it version 7.0.5 or
something similar?

Try downloading again from here (and install it):
