How do I find/add DueBy field in report for Business Contact Mgr?

While using Business Contact Manager I always use the Follow Up menu item and
enter a date in the Due By field. I would like to have the Due By data pop up
on my screen when it is time and would like to create a view including the
Due By field data.

1) how do I set it up to have Due BY pop up on my screen?
2) where do I find the field so that I can select it for views or reports?
