How do I find and apply heading 3 in a word file?

I only saw heading 1 and 2 in the Quick Style, how can I apply heading 3, 4,
5...? Thank you.

Press Ctrl+Shift+S to display the Apply Styles pane. You can type in the
style name and click the Apply button.
