How do I find my address book?

I've searched everyone in the software and through the help command and I
cannot find my address book. I'd like to print envelopes through the address
book. PLEASE HELP

Is it Office 2007 ? do you use Outlook ?

If YES to both these questions, go to HELP in outlook and enter "Use Outlook
contacts as a data source for a mail merge"

There might be as easier way but I don't know it.
