How do I find Onenote to install ?

I own Office 2007 license and have it installed. I don't see any reference to
OneNote. I tried to re-install using customize options and still find no
reference to OneNote. I thought it should be included with Office 2007
license.

NO. OneNote only was included in *some* Versions of Office 2007.
Which version do you have?

It will be different with Office 2010. There ON will be a part of each
bundle.

P.S. You may dowload the Office 2010 Beta and install ON.

It's only included with Office 2007 Home & Student and Ultimate editions.

It will be included in all Office 2010 editions.

Which Office 2007 do you have? There are half a dozen of them.

If you have Office Standard, Small Business or Professional then you
have to purchase OneNote 2007 separately.

As Ed Bott states, all versions of Office 2010 will include OneNote 2010.
