How do I find outlooks send and receive logs?

Hi,

I would like to find the location of the send & receive
logs for Outlook 2003.

There were some messages I say come up with regards to
sending a message yesterday and I would like to find
these logs so I can go and work with my ISP to see if
there is anything they can do for me

Outlook ordinarily has no such logs. Exchange might or, if you use POP with
an ISP, the POP server might, but Outlook doesn't. You can turn on message
logging in Outlook, with Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options.
