How do I find the location of shortcut keys?

I want to assign a keyboard shortcut. have done it. but when I use the
combination a different result. How do I find the "default"assignment" so I
can change or remove it? (If I use "ctrl+shift+F" I get the My Documents
folder - not what I want and assigned to a Word Macro)

By default, Ctrl+Shift+F is assigned to Font, it moves the focus to Font
tool for choosing the font (Arial, Times, etc.).

To find the assignment for a keystroke combination, choose Tools -
Customize - Keyboard button. Click in the Press New Shortcut box, and then
press the combination of interest. It will display Currently Assigned to: so
you can see what's presently assigned.

If you're getting the My Documents folder, then it's possible that some
other process has been assigned Ctrl+Shift+F and is running interference.
