How do I find the logos for the Office 2003 startup pages?

I have had to reinstall Office 2003 and the fancy splash page images were
replaced by boring boxes.

Does anyone know where they are located and how to reset them?

I know this is totally irrelevant to using the products, but I need some
color in my life!
