How do I re-download office 2003?

My computer crashed and I had to have everthing reinstalled. I purchased and
downloaded Office 2003 and now cant figure out how to get it back onto my
computer and the trial version that came with my computer is not working.

When you say "downloaded" Office 2003 I presume you mean you bought it
without a Disk, and by downloading it from the Vendor's website?
You need to go back to the Vendor to see if they will give you a copy. If
they do, SAVE THE FILE to external media like a DVD.
