How do I find the news command"?

When I follow the directions and go to the "Go" command the "NEWS" command
is not there...How do I get it to appear? Or do I have to re-install the
whole Office Suite? I'm at a loss...

Open Internet Explorer amd click Tools>Internet Options>Programs. Change
the Newsgroup dropdown to say Outlook Express. Click OK. The News command
should be available again to add to the Go menu.
