how do i find things like learner driver 'L Plates' on clip art?

I am having difficulty finding how to get things on clip art, i have tried to
search online clips too but i cant find them anywhere.
I am looking for things like horse shoes and learner driver 'L Plates' for a
project that i am doing in the office


Please could anyone help? I would be truely grateful if anyone could tell me
where i could find them.
