How Do I Fix A Form Processing Error Message?

When I hit the submit button on an uploaded-to-server Form
created by Frontpage 2002 Form Wizard, I get the following
message: "Cannot run the Frontpage Server Extensions on
this page". What is the Fix for the problem(s)?

Have your host check / reinstall the FrontPage
extensions on the server.
