How do I fix an Activation error Office Ultimate 2007?

Bought the Uni Student subscription deal $25 for 12 month subscription to
Microsoft Office Ultimate 2007, In the fine print it states that we can
activate it on the PC and the laptop. I loaded it up on the laptop this
afternoon and activated office while I waited for the PC to finish defraging.
I loaded it up no worries entered the key in Word , no problems, opened
powerpoint to have a look and got the activation screen again so I go to
reenter my key and it says I have used the maximum amount. Everything on the
PC is at reduced functioning now and is no beter then a viewer. How do I fix
it??? I bought the licence for use on the pc and the portible device, but
onle the laptop is activated, help someone please???
