Office 2007 Home/Student edition number of installs?

I've recently bought Office 2007 Home/Student edition and as I understand it
I'm allowed to it on three PC's. I had it on my PC but haven't yet installed
it on the laptop, which really needs a memory upgrade first anyway.

The only thing that worries me is that I've been having problems with the
new Dell PC I bought and have had to do a complete system re-installation
twice already no thanks to their stupid support line. I'm now about to
re-install it and activate it for the third time on this same PC, does that
mean that I wont be able to install it on the laptop later? as this will be
effectively the third activation?

You get three concurrent installs. Your Dell experience only counts for one
install. Many people ask this here.
