How do I fix an out of memory or system resource error?

OI cannot enter any more information into Outlook because I get an out of
memory or system resource error.

Hi,
how big is your pst file?
the default path is C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

Andreas - I looked in that folder and did a search for PST file and I can't
find one.

Hi,
if you search for it, please be sure that you enabled the search in hidden
folders.
