An error is meaningless without some context and configuration information

That's not an Outlook error. That's an error in your IMAP mailbox. Use a web
browser to access your mailbox and remove the broken message.

How do you know which is the broken message? And what does the first
number mean. I see (1032) everywhere. I know one person who is
getting 1 (1032). What does the 1 mean?

you just have to guess which message is broken - its usually the next one
after the last one that downloaded.
