How do I fix error message 0x8004011D?

Confused Outlook User

I cannot connect Outlook to my server from a remote location using SBC
broadband and a Netgear wireless router. I get the above error message each
time. Is there a firewall blocking me? Is it at my server or the remote
location, i.e., the PC or the Wireless router?
