How do I fix my Microsoft Office 2003 or 2005 ?

Some one stole my Office 2005 and my computer crashed!
Now when I go to open any of office I get an ERR message!
Is there any way to fix it with out having to spend another
$400.00 that I don't have?
Can any one help?
