how do I fix "outlook.pst has reach his maxium size"?

What type of personal folder file are you using? How to check..

* Go to the mail applet in the control panel
* Select Data Files
* Use the settings button on each PST file to see which type you are using.
- The two types are:
Outlook 97/2002
Office Outlook

Convert your old ANSI PST to a Unicode PST. The steps have been posted
numerous times. Google Groups will find them
