For years I would enter a 10 digit number in a Contact and as soon as I
click the Enter key, Outlook would automatically place the area code in
brackets and place a dash between the first 3 and the last 4 numbers. It was
great and made reading the number much clearer.
Suddenly Outlook Contact no longer does the automatic spacing. If I enter 10
digits, Outlook Contact now leaves me with 10 digits and no brackets or
spacing.
I have downloaded all the recent Office updates. How to I fix this problem
so Outloook Contact will adjust the telephone numbers to read with brackets
around the area code and a dash between the frist 3 and last 4 numbers?
