How do I fix the links bar from going horizontal in webpage Publis

[Webpage Publisher Links Going Horizontal]

When I inserted a new page the links bar on the left hand side it went
horizontal as opposed to vertical. Only the new page I inserted was displayed
vertical below the Home icon. Please help.

Perhaps go to that new page > Format > Web site Options and under Navigation
bar choose the Vertical Only?
