how do i fix this error message: Could not find a web server at ‘.

I've been using Frontpage to edit my website problem free for months, now
i've started getting this error message:

Could not find a web server at ‘nsyssharks.org' on port 80. please check to
make sure that the web server name is valid and your proxy settings are set
correctly. If you are sure that everything is correct, the web server may be
temporarily out of service.

I have tried to edit my other websites as well and get the same message so i
dont think that it is a problem with my server. I think i started getting
this message after i installed Office. i've tried reinstalling Frontpage and
that didnt work.

Try deleting any entries that appear for the problem sites in My Network
Places.
