How do I fix "unable to load ms organisation chart"

Im using Office 2000. In Powerpoint, when I click in a slide containing an
organisation chart that I want to update, I get the message ""unable to load
ms organisation chart. press F1 for help" I have this installed as part of
the components. Any ideas?
