how do I fix unknown error 0x800CCC33

All of the sudden when I try to send/receive in outlook it will not allow me
and I am going crazy and have no idea hoe to fix it.

This worked like *a charm* - even my computer guy didn't know about it. I
use the Excel group all the time so I suggested we go peek in the Outlook
group and he called me a "super nerd." And yet the fix was here and he
didn't know about it. Yea!
