How do I force Excel to open workbooks mazimized?

Since we upgraded to Office 2003, most of my Excel books are opening within
the frame as a floating book. I want the default to be maximized and locked
into place, and I'm tired of manually dragging them over until I can find the
resize button. I hope there's something I'm missing, because this is really
annoying. Any assistance is appreciated.

Right click over the shortcut or the Start>Programs>Microsoft
Office>Excel path. Choose properties.Under "Run", choose the :"Maximum
Window" option.
