How do I Format mutiple phone numbers

I need to rectify multiple telephone numbers from various formats to the
standard format, is there a function in Outlook to do this or is there a free
ware utility that can do this?

example (012) 343864 or 012 - 343 8064 to +27 (12) 3438064

Manually changing each one is just taking to long.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
