How do I forward an email to Excel?

Everyday when a specific email is received, I wish to forward it to Excel.
How do I forward it to Excel?

What do you mean with "forward to Excel". You "forward" to an email address
and Excel has nothing to do with that.

Excel is not a mail server. It doesn't listen on a port waiting for
mail traffic. Do you know what is Excel?
