How do I freeze the swimlane headers?

Hi,

I would like to freeze the headers in my cross-functional flowchart. As I scroll through the workflow, I lose sight if the swimlane headers and the purpose of the swimlane is lost. I was told to create a new window and arrange the windows so that I can see the headings on one window and scroll through the other -- this works temporarily but I cannot us this when I present.

I am looking for a feature like Excel offers under the "View" tab.
