How do I get a constantly looping scrolling text on a website?

I use front page and want to insert a message along the lines of 'STOP PRESS
- see our News and Views page for the latest etc .... which constantly loops
whilst readers on the home page. I know there are plenty of free websites out
there that profess to offer graphics to do this, but a: are they safe and b:
how do I load them onto the page.

Use a scrolling Marquee.
It's a feature built into FrontPage.

Insert > Web Component > Dynamic Effects > Marquee
