How do I get a formatting toolbar if one doesn't exist in my copy.

My copy of Office 2000 only has standard, advanced, and web toolbars. The
font in any message I open is about 6 pt. and hard to read. I'd like to be
able to set it up to show the font at 10 pt. Thanks!
