How do I get a Memo template for Word to use on MAC?

I'm supposed to use the Memo template on Word but under New Document, it's not listed on my Word on my MAC. So where do I find it? I'm supposed to submit a paper in memo format - tonight. The memo is done but I can't find the template to format it. THANK YOU!!

Well, I guess it's too late now, but for future reference, you don't
use New Blank Document, you use New From Template and then select one
of the memo templates.
