How do I get a numbered bullet, inside a complete circle

We need to be able to add bullets to a word document which is easy, however
the bullets need to be numbered and in an enclosed circle (dont ask me why
they just do :) )

Can this be done. we are using Office XP

Sorry, but you can't do this using bullets as each bullet would use the same
character, not a numbered series.

Fake it! The Arial Unicode MS font has a complete set of
circled letters (A-Z) and numbers (0-9). Choose Symbols
form the Insert drop down menu. In the Symbol dialog box,
choose Arial Unicode MS in the Font Field and choose
Enclosed Alphanumerics in the Subset field.
