How do i get a product key for a trial product?

Is anybody out there?

Looks like a bunch of people have had the same problem I am. The VISTA
product key doesn't work. I don't see any solutions in the postings. Has
anyone figured this out?

No, the Vista product key does not, and should not, activate your Office
2007 trial software. During the download process, you received the
25-character trial product key on "Thank You" page. And an email
containing the same 25-character trial product key was sent to the email
address you entered when you registered to download the trial software.

If your trial software came preinstalled on a new computer, then the
product key should be printed on a piece of paper somewhere in the
documentation that came with your new computer.

You would have "figured this out" if you'd read the replies to any of
the others who asked the question w/o searching for the answer.
