Hi, Mark.
I lost my Access 2002 system disk. How do I get a replacement.

If the software was pre-installed on your computer or came as extra software
with your computer (OEM), then contact the vendor or manufacturer. Common
manufacturers' phone numbers are listed on this Web page:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?pr=oemphone

If you purchased the software separately, then call Microsoft Product
Support Services. Contact information is on this Web page:

http://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?gprid=1266

Have the product key handy for proof of purchase when you call them, and
they will ship you a replacement disk for a small shipping fee.
