how do I get a second independent domain on office live basic

I'm trying to get a domain for a cheritable organization on Office Live Basic
(Beta)after having gotten a domain and set up a website for my wife's
business. Office Live won't accept any credit card for a second domain, even
though it requires one different from the one I used to set up the first
site. Any help?
