| As with all my other sw, I copied the CD Key info to my sw registration
| list, but can only assume I mistyped it as it doesn'twork now. I'll try the
| Belarc Advisor and let you know if it works for FP. Thanks again for all the
| rapid input, first time I've used this forum, very impressive.

| BTW, just out of curiosity, if I can't get the Product Key witht the above
| method, is there a number at MS I can call. The CD was actually purchased
| online from the MS online store. Thx.
