How do I get an Access 2003 database to work on my Pocket PC 2003

I have an Access database (a small one) where I can entiere my odometer
reading and the gallons so that I can get my current fuel consumption.

But I do not know how to get it to work on my iPAQ 5555 (PocketPC 2003). I
do have the Microsoft eMbedded Visual Basic Runtime installed and working.

I also have the 3.8 ActiveSync and it has the Pocket Access displayed on it.

What am I missing?"
