How do I get an upgrade from Microsoft Office 95 to 2003?

I have an old version of Microsoft Office 95, I would like to upgrade it to
2003, but there is no options to do so that I am aware of. How can I upgrade
it to 2003?

Office 95 is not eligible but if you have Works Suite 2000 or later then you
can upgrade.
