How do I get animated text boxes to show over top of wmv on a slid

I have inserted a wmv in a slide, I have 3 seperate text boxes that I have
animated, and set to enter on top of the wmv (which is the background). But
the animated text boxes do not come in over top the wmv. PPT 2003

I once used Ulead gif animator.
I tried SUPER : the gif animation coming from the avi or wmv is pixellized.
But, within PPT it works (the text with animations is over the film.
