How do I get back menu options I removed using Tools/Startup

I was trying to create a user form and used the Tools/Startup procedure to
eliminate all menus from the user. I am still in the development stage and
need to access the properties of the forms. How do I get the access back?

Have you already tried holding down Shift key while opening the app?
