How do I get backgrounds for powerpoint that move, like clouds?

I would like clouds, or swaying foliage, etc for a background in Powerpoint.

These chaps have some cool video backgrounds that work well with PPT. They
have developed a way to make movies run as backgrounds which is not normally
available in a simple way with (say) AVIs in your slide masters.
