How do I get BCC to show up on my email bar in Outlook?

Also, how do I place an email sender on my approved senders list so they are
not blocked?

View->BCC.
"Add to Safe Senders" right click on the address and select this option from the Junk Mail options.

reading.

For the BCC question, open Outlook Help and type in BCC in the search
for box. The first solution that you'll get is "Show or hide the Bcc
field".
