How do I get bold to work on the notes section of Outlook's Conta.

Pat,
I make notes on individual contacts and sometimes I am able to bold and
change font size and it works fine but most of the time when I click the
(save/close) and reopen the bold changes and font size revert to the regular
default settings.
I use Word 2003 as my editer/word processer when using Outlook.

G'Day Quercus Alba,

I currently use Outlook 2002 (Xp). I have never experienced
the problem.

As far as I know, Word as editor only applies to e-mails and the
Notes editor is the Native Outlook Rich Text editor.
