How do I get Contacts to appear at the top of the list

When writing emails when I click To: I have to scroll down to contacts which
is below Personal address book and Outlook address book. How to I get
Contacts to appear at the top of the list?

Open the address book, select Tools->Options. Change the default contact
folder by selecting it from the window.
