How do I get copy to appear in the background of an original docum

S

SuzyQ

I have put together a contract in word and I want to circulate it around the
office. I want to be able to print it off with the word copy across each
page in a light grey colour so that the text can still be read.

Can anybody help please?

What you are describing is what Word calls a "watermark." If you are using
Word 2002 or 2003, you can insert one easily using Format | Background |
Printed Watermark. For previous versions, see “HOW TO: Create a Watermark in
Word 97 and in Microsoft Word 2000†at
