How do I get "Draft" to print across the front of a spreadsheet?

Using Excel 2002 & 2003

in Page setup, select "options", select Watermark, click on firstpage if
watermark only to be printed on first page

Forgot to mention, select the Effects tab (that's where you find the
watermark option
